If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
β Under no circumstances will an deposit be refunded, if you cancel later than 48 hours in advance you will lose your deposit. If you cancel earlier than 48, you can still use your deposit for 3 months and you will receive a digital voucher.
If the voucher is not used, its validity will expire within 3 months and you will lose your deposit payment.
If you do not show up for the appointment, you will forfeit the full amount and you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount of the treatment.
Refunds are not available for services that have already been provided.
